As product is received into our warehouse our in-house Quality Control lab carefully screens it. Testing at an independent, certified laboratory confirms Negative E.coli and Salmonella counts.
Meticulous record keeping and tracking of each product detail-down to recording the lot numbers of our cardboard boxes and poly liners–provides the documentation necessary for dependable product safety assurance.
